Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between First, Second, and Third Line parts?
Think of these as quality/price tiers. First Line parts are premium β often OE-equivalent or OE-matching, built for long life and the quietest, smoothest performance. Second Line parts are mid-grade β a strong balance of performance and value, and our most popular choice. Third Line parts are budget-friendly β solid, functional parts for drivers who want a safe, reliable fix at the lowest cost. You can mix and match tiers across pads, rotors, and calipers β for example, First Line pads with Second Line rotors β to build the exact balance of performance and price that’s right for your vehicle and budget.
How does the VIN-based fitment guarantee work?
Your 17-character Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) tells us your vehicle’s exact trim, engine, and brake configuration β far more precise than year/make/model alone. We use it to match parts to your vehicle exactly. If a part we ship based on your VIN doesn’t fit, we’ll cover a correct replacement and the return shipping. See our full Guarantee page for details.
Where do I find my VIN?
Look on the driver’s-side dashboard (visible through the windshield), the sticker on the driver’s door jamb, your vehicle registration, or your insurance card. It’s always 17 characters β letters and numbers.
Can I get a quote without a VIN?
Yes β you can also search by Year, Make, and Model to get a price range and explore your options. For a guaranteed-fit, exact-match quote, though, we recommend entering your VIN when you’re ready to order.
Do you sell parts for trucks, motorbikes, and trailers β not just cars?
Our core focus is brake parts for cars and light trucks across the GTAβNiagara region, and we’re actively expanding our catalogue to cover more makes and models β including motorbikes and trailers where supplier availability allows. Run your vehicle through our quote tool to see what’s currently available for it.
How fast will my order arrive?
Inside our core GTAβNiagara delivery zone, most orders arrive in 1β2 business days. Elsewhere in Canada, expect roughly 2β6 business days depending on your location and carrier. See our Delivery Area page for the full breakdown β and once your order ships, you’ll get an automatic tracking email.
What’s your return policy?
Unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. If a part doesn’t fit your vehicle based on the VIN you provided, we’ll also cover the cost of getting you the correct part. Just email us with your order number to start a return β see our Guarantee page for full details.
Can I mix and match tiers β e.g., premium pads with budget rotors?
Absolutely β that’s the whole idea behind our configurator. You choose the tier independently for pads, rotors, and calipers, so you can put your money where it matters most to you and save elsewhere.
Do you offer warranties on the parts you sell?
Yes β every part, regardless of tier, is backed by its manufacturer’s own warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails under normal use, we’ll point you straight to the manufacturer’s claim process (usually a quick online form or included warranty card), so your claim goes directly to the people who built the part β faster than routing it through us. Just keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
How do I pay, and is checkout secure?
We process payments through Stripe, a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor used by major retailers worldwide. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Can I call you?
We don’t run an inbound phone line β it’s part of how we keep prices low and responses fast and trackable. Email is the quickest way to reach us (every message is logged like a support ticket, with an automatic confirmation and a reply within one business day). If a situation ever needs a real conversation, we’ll call you directly.
