If a part we ship you — based on the VIN you supplied — doesn’t fit your vehicle, tell us within 30 days. We’ll cover the cost of a correct replacement and arrange return shipping for the original part. No fees, no run-around.
3. Easy returns on unused parts
Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong tier? Unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Just email us with your order number and we’ll send return instructions — no phone call needed.
4. Manufacturer warranty — direct from the source
Every part we sell — First, Second, or Third Line — comes with its manufacturer’s own warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We’ll point you straight to the manufacturer’s claim process (usually a quick online form or included warranty card) so your claim goes directly to the people who built the part — no middleman, no delays. Keep your order confirmation handy; you’ll need it as proof of purchase.
A note on accuracy
Our fitment guarantee depends on receiving an accurate VIN — the 17-character code found on your driver’s-side dashboard, door jamb sticker, vehicle registration, or insurance card.
